Refund policy

At SwoonCart, every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. As our products are premium collectibles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Damaged During Shipping — Exchange Policy

We understand that despite our best efforts, products may occasionally get damaged in transit. In such rare cases, we are happy to offer a one-time exchange subject to the following conditions:

✅ A continuous, unedited video must be recorded from the moment you receive the package ✅ The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened (unboxing) revealing the damaged product ✅ The damage must be visibly caused by shipping and not due to mishandling after delivery ✅ The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at swooncart@gmail.com

Please Note:

  • Exchanges are only applicable for shipping damage
  • No exchange will be processed without the unboxing video
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery are not eligible
