Age Recommendation for Collectible Products

Certain collectible products sold by SwoonCart, including die-cast miniature bicycle models, may display the manufacturer's safety warning "Not for children under 3 years" on the packaging due to the presence of small parts that may present a choking hazard.

In addition to the manufacturer's warning, SwoonCart recommends these collectible products for individuals 14 years of age and above. These products are intended for collectors, display, gifting, and decorative purposes and are not designed or marketed as children's toys unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible serviceable locations.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout and may vary depending on destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free delivery, where offered, applies only to eligible serviceable locations within India.

5. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

In summary:

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Returns are generally not accepted except where required under applicable law.
Products damaged during transit may be eligible for a replacement subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Where applicable, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video together with supporting photographs within the specified timeframe.
Replacement requests submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.
