2. Products
All products sold on SwoonCart are premium collectibles intended for display purposes.
⚠️ Important Safety Notice: Some of our products may indicate a minimum age on their packaging. However, as many of our products feature very small components as part of their detailed design, these small parts may pose a risk to young children regardless of packaging indications. Therefore, SwoonCart strongly recommends all products for ages 14 years and above and advises that they be kept out of reach of young children.
All products sold on SwoonCart are intended as collector's display items and not as children's toys unless explicitly stated. SwoonCart shall not be held responsible for any misuse of our products contrary to this advisory, including but not limited to:
- Use by children below 14 years of age
- Use of the product contrary to its intended purpose as a display collectible
- Any injury, harm, or damage caused by misuse of the product
By purchasing from SwoonCart, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for appropriate and safe use of the product.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of taxes
- We accept payments via secure payment gateways
- SwoonCart reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice
4. Shipping
- We ship across select states in India
- Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days
- Free shipping is available on all eligible orders
- SwoonCart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
5. Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds
- Exchanges are only applicable for products damaged during shipping
- A continuous unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange request
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery at swooncart@gmail.com
6. Intellectual Property All content on swooncart@gmail.com including images, text, and logos are the property of SwoonCart. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
SwoonCart sells premium collectible display items and shall not be held liable for:
- Any injury, harm, or damage caused by misuse of the product
- Use of the product contrary to its intended purpose as a display collectible
- Use by children below 14 years of age
- Any physical, emotional, or financial damages arising from product use
- Damages caused by improper handling, storage, or display
- Any third party claims arising from product misuse
By purchasing from SwoonCart, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for appropriate use of the product.
SwoonCart's maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product under any circumstances.
