- Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability
- SwoonCart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS automatically
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status in real time
- Delivery updates will be sent at every stage of your shipment
6. Damaged During Shipping
- In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy
- A continuous unboxing video is mandatory to raise any damage claim
- Damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery at swooncart@gmail.com
7. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your delivery address and pincode are accurate at the time of placing the order
- SwoonCart is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
